Licova Team provides the Licova application and is responsible for processing personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. What Licova Does

Licova is your ultimate tool for managing the lifecycle of your belongings efficiently. Our Service offers detailed analytics on usage frequency, cycle variations, and accumulated usage time across various categories, helping you make informed decisions about maintenance, cleaning, or replacement to extend the lifespan of your items. With personalized notifications, Licova helps ensure you never miss a critical upkeep moment.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information collected with your permission.

  • Account & support: name, username, email, and customer support content you send us.
  • Automatic collection: device information, usage data/analytics, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
  • Location (optional): precise or approximate location only when you enable location permissions.
  • Cookies/similar technologies: used for login, preferences, security, and performance (may include web beacons).

We (and service providers acting on our instructions) may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, and help prevent fraud.

5. Photos, Face Data, and One-Time Processing

The Service may allow you to use photos or text you provide for certain features.

  • No facial recognition / biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification.
  • One-time processing (if you choose): if a feature requires upload for one-time processing, the content is used only to generate the result you request. It is processed on Licova-controlled servers, not shared with any third parties, and deleted after processing is completed (subject to brief technical delays).
  • No training / marketing use: we do not use photos or related content for advertising/marketing profiling and do not use them to train third-party models.

You control whether you upload content for any such feature. If you choose not to upload, the feature may be unavailable or limited.

6. How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service (including your account).
  • Personalize your experience (preferences and notifications).
  • Improve and develop the Service (analytics and bug fixes).
  • Protect safety and security (fraud and abuse prevention).
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information.

7. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed and in the minimum amount necessary:
